The decals and decal-sets featured on this website are in no way endorsed by Games Workshop Limited, Perry Miniatures, Legio Heroica or any other manufacturer of miniatures mentioned anywhere on the pages of this website.

The term ‘compatible with’ means that the decals and decal-sets have been designed and created solely and independently by CitadelSix Custom Design so that they may be used with the miniatures named. However, the decals and decal-sets are neither endorsed by nor produced under license for Games Workshop Limited, Perry Miniatures, Legio Heroica or any other manufacturer of miniatures mentioned anywhere on the pages of this website.

Games Workshop, the Games Workshop logo, Warhammer, Warhammer Online, the Warhammer World logo, and all associated marks, names, races, race insignia, characters, vehicles, locations, units, illustrations and images from the Warhammer world are either ® Registered, ™ Trade Mark and/or © Copyright of Games Workshop Ltd 2000-2010, variably registered in the UK and other countries around the world. All designs created by CitadelSix Custom Design are intended for the express purpose of producing decals and decal-sets for use on miniatures used for fantasy and historic war-gaming. The designs are not official heraldry nor intended to be and neither are they endorsed by nor produced under license, permit or grant for any of the Colleges of Arms in the UK, Commonwealth countries or any other countries around the world. However, any designs created by CitadelSix Custom Design remain its property and may be re-used in the production of its decals and decal-sets.

Privacy Notice

CitadelSix Custom Design will not disclose your information to any third parties. No database is used on this website site to keep track of your purchases or to store your details once you have selected an item. The correct e-mail address is important for electronic receipt purposes, order status, dispatch notification and to help validate your order. I do not send any other e-mails without consent. Please contact CitadelSix@btinternet.com if you have any issues you want dealt with concerning your privacy.

Returns

A customer of CitadelSix Custom Design has the right to cancel their order without giving reason. A customer may return any item within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund less shipping.

Missing items, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by e-mail or in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Please DO NOT return any item until I reply to any such communication.

I will make every effort to replace damaged or faulty goods, but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, my only legal obligation is to refund the full purchase price.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the item, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. A deduction will be made from the refund for any direct cost of collecting the goods. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied.

Please include a covering letter explaining the reason that the goods are being returned (not a legal requirement) and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation by the method used for payment.
