Postage & Packaging Charges
Postage and packaging charges are all shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
The charge covers the combined cost of the postage plus packaging.
The cost of the packaging is determined by the size of the decal sets it contains, while the cost of postage will depend primarily on the approximate combined weight of the products ordered and the packaging, plus the physical dimensions of the packaging itself.
CitadelSix Custom Design uses UK Royal Mail and the following types of postage:
- United Kingdom -
First Class post.
- Rest of the World -
Airmail.
Currently, I charge a fixed minimum postage and packaging cost of £2.00 for UK (domestic) orders, and £3.00 for International orders. However, I never charge any higher than £5.00 maximum.
CitadelSix Custom Design reserves the right to increase the postage and packaging cost, in the event of an increase in the UK Royal Mail postal rates or the cost of the packaging materials used.
Delivery
Dispatch will take place within a few days if all items are available in stock. For
UK orders please allow up to 10 working days for delivery after you place your order.
International orders please allow up to 28 days. I will contact you via e-
